Our team of experts will work with you to put together a high-level development schedule or a detailed construction schedule to include every aspect of your construction project including AHJs signoffs for accurate project timeline forecasting, critical path items identification and management.

Whether it's an out-parcel development in an existing shopping center or a commercial facility, or an entire vacant land development, we will work with your engineering consulting team, contractor and the local AHJs, land0use attorney, utility companies to develop compacted, graded, certified pads or site with the utilities. We can also recommend engineering consultants, contractors, land-use attorneys if required.

We will review the contract terms between the owner-contractor or owner-consultants contract, construction documents, and provide you a detailed assessment and recommendations or negotiate for you.

We will perform the construction draw walkthrough, meet with the G.C./CM and put together a detailed progress report on the hard and soft costs for the construction lenders to and provide pay application recommendations. 

Our team has expertise in managing a design-build projects with multiple architectural-engineering consultants and Contractors. We are also well versed in managing project in various project delivery methods.

We specialize in working with national retailers' Pre-Development team to create a 'Build to Suit' space for your new real estate development project. Leave it up to us to work with the engineers, architects, AHJs, utility companies, your deal underwriter and the tenant to come up with a plan that works for your new development. We can also underwrite a deal for you.

Maneuvering through various AHJs can be challenging especially for commercial construction projects with extensive M.E.P. systems and altered uses. Our team of experts has a great detail of experience in dealing with the New York City, New York State and New Jersey AHJs to get the permit, approvals and certificate of occupancy.
